ROBERT CRAIG

Co-Founder & CEO
Craig has dedicated the last 15 years to leadership positions in digital marketing and technology. Prior to 3TL, he co-founded digital marketing companies Stratford Internet and ActiveStream, the latter acquired by Jupiter Capital. He has headed up projects with Amazon, Adobe, Disney and Motorola and has led mobile research, development and integration projects in the U.K., China, South Africa, Korea, the U.S. and Iceland.

Craig has earned multiple leadership awards, including Deloitte & Touche’s “Fast 50 Lotus Award” and Business in Vancouver’s “Top 40 under 40” award. He was also a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. He is past Chairman of New Media B.C.

Carlos-Yong

CARLOS YONG

Co-Founder & CTO
Prior to 3TL, Yong co-founded Stratford Internet and ActiveStream with Craig. He was the lead architect for Bingo.com, Virtually Dating, Web of Care and icollector PLC. Yong has led technical teams in integration projects in South Africa, China and Europe and was recently the technical project manager for the myGuide search engine and consumer portal in Zurich. Prior to that he project-managed the development of Lotto 6/49 for mobile in North America.

Since co-founding 3TL, Yong has led technical projects for a range of clients, including Honda Motors, GM, Hyundai Motors, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Bootlegger, Wireless Wave and McDonald’s Restaurants.

LEAH RIHELA

CFO

Leah Rihela began working at 3TL in July 2016. She has previously held the titles of Senior Accountant and Controller at 3TL. Leah has over seven years of progressive experience working as an accountant for a privately held international distribution company and as an accountant at a public practice firm. She brings a diverse background of experience which includes corporate financial statement preparation, taxation and audit.

Leah is a CPA, CGA with a BBA degree from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

DAVID RAFFA

Executive Chairman of the Board
Raffa is the founder, president and CEO of Valeo Corporate Finance Ltd, a boutique investment bank. Prior to Valeo he was co-founder, COO and fund manager of Lions Capital Corp, an investment banking and fund management firm. He began his career as a corporate finance lawyer.

Raffa has more than 30 years of experience in advising technology companies. He has served as a director, officer and advisory board member for numerous private and public companies. He was the chairman of ActiveState Corp, co-founder of Amorfix Life Sciences Ltd., and director of Parasun Technologies.

Raffa served three two-year terms as a director of the BC Technology Industries Association and as an advisor to the BC Securities Commission and TSX Venture Exchange. In 2004, he was named as one of BC’s top 25 “New Elite” innovators in the technology industry by BC Business magazine.

Kim-Oishi

KIM OISHI

Board Member
Oishi has over 20 years of experience in financing and advising growth companies and has served in senior management and board positions on a number of public and private companies. Oishi is the founder and President of Grand Rock Capital Inc., a company that invests in growth companies and provides consulting services for investor relations, corporate finance, business development, mergers and acquisitions for companies listed on the TSX. He is currently a director of Poydras Gaming Finance Corp. (TSXV: PYD).

YUCAI (RICK HUANG)

Board Member, Audit Committee Chair

Mr. Huang has extensive financial experience in the Canadian business environment with almost ten years of experience acting as the CFO of a public company on TSX. He previously held the positions of Senior Finance Manager at The Pepsi Bottling Group (Canada) and Manager of Financial Planning at Schering-Plough Canada. In both roles he was responsible for the development of short and long term financial plans and oversaw ongoing performance management.

Earlier in his career in Canada, Mr. Huang developed skills in financial reporting and asset and cash flow management. He also has in-depth knowledge of the Chinese business environment. Before coming to Canada, he held the position of market development manager with The Coca-Cola (China) Limited for six years.

Mr. Huang obtained an MBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and holds a CPA, CGA designation.

Steven-MacDonald

STEVEN MACDONALD

Board Member
MacDonald is a 15-year veteran of the high tech industry. He has held a number of executive positions with public and private companies, including serving as COO of Uniserve Communications Corp, a TSX-listed company, and as CEO of Parasun Technologies Inc.

MacDonald has a proven track record for leading technology companies through rapid revenue and profit growth and through successful exits. He led Parasun Technologies through two successful transactions, which generated over $35 million for shareholders. He also served on the Board of Rfind, which was acquired by Constellation Software.

Currently a consultant for early-stage technology companies, MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
