To drive social media content sharing, brand advocacy, and engagement, 3 tier logic worked with its client to launch the loyalty program, Family Rewards.

Strategy

To meet the client’s objectives to grow their social media presence, increase brand awareness. and encourage consumers to engage and interact with the Ferenet-Branca brand online, 3 tier logic designed a branded mobile-optimized loyalty microsite with social content sharing capabilities.

Consumers who shared Fernet-Branca’s brand content with their family and friend networks on social media can earn points and redeem for rewards like exclusive merchandise, travel packages, and much more.

Participation, engagement, and social sharing was incentivized by rewarding consumers with multiple opportunities to win exclusive merchandise, travel packages, and more. Using gamification tactics, consumers were given the opportunity to boost their chances of win by earning points for social sharing, and redeeming points for a number of rewards.
